Fishing

White River Outfitters has private access to over five miles of rivers and streams inhabited with native rainbow trout. These tributaries of the Deschutes River originate on the eastern slope of Mt. Hood before winding its course through beautiful, narrow canyons of basalt. The surrounding native vegetation is composed of cottonwoods, alder, Ponderosa pine, fir and shrubs. This unique ecosystem offers an excellent spring, summer and fall fishery.

Additionally, the ranches have two lakes inhabited with rod-bending rainbow trout. These lakes are located in a secluded picturesque timbered canyon with meadows along the bottoms.

All fishing is catch-and-release only using single barbless hooks. No bait. Day trips or memberships are available for both the individual and corporate outdoor enthusiast.
